The few hundred remaining hard-nosed Zappa fans did not believe it anymore, and some of them whispered each other the highest praise to be forgiven for bands on the Zappanale: "This is real Zappa!" Studio Dan also showed self-confidence enough to play their own numbers, and with the beautiful encore "Happy Together" they then brought the meaning and purpose of the festival nicely to the point.
